I'm new to this, how do i get my property on your website?

First of all you need to create a user account with us. To do this click on the menu item, 'Sign up'.  You will receive an email with a confirmation link. Once you have activated your account you can add your property. You can click here to watch a video whcih details how you can add your property to our site (COMING SOON).

How do i pay for my listings?

You can pay using one of the following methods.

• Paypal
• Credit or debit Card via Paypal
• Bank Transfer (your property will be activated upon confirmation of transfer receipt)

I have more than one property, do i need to pay for each property?

We have a number of packages and upgrades available that will allow you to add more than 1 property to our site. Although there is an additional cost, there is a cost reduction for additional properties. If you are an agent, we have packages available to cater for you. If you have a unique request please contact us to see how we can help you.

I do not see my country listed, how can i list my property?

European Property Rentals has been launched initially in Spain.  As we grow we will be opening up the possibilities for property owners in other European countries to list there properties.
